He and his assistant did an amazing job with not only cleaning all the vents and ducts in our home, but also with communicating with us throughout the whole process. Seeing the before and after pictures of our ducts was great (if not a bit shocking). Melvin came in after I was dissatisfied with a previous person that did an awful job. He took his time and fixed my galvanize steel venting pipes and thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent the correct way so now my dryer dries my clothes more efficiently!  He also took photos of the vent showing me the build up before he started the cleaning process. Melvin, is a professional in his business, but at the same time is the most caring, kind person. I have multiple chemical sensitivities, Mast Cell Activation and severe allergies, esp to mold, dust, etc and Melvin was willing to work with us, was very thorough in his cleaning, and even went the extra mile to make sure no basement air was escaping through our air duct system. They took a look at our vents, showed us the pictures they took, and told us that the vents didn’t need to be cleaned. They were totally honest and transparent with us. I asked how much for the inspection and visit and they said that they wouldn’t charge because they didn’t do any cleaning. I ended up paying them for their time but only because I insisted on it. Super impressed with their service and their integrity. We will definitely contact them again when we need our vents cleaned.
